My suspicions have been confirmed. Picture 1 is what I thought this board was about. Picture 2 is how I now understand it.
Welcome to the "Other Topics" subforum. Cyrillic, stahp.

Shame? On the internet? The internet with ponies? Note: Celticfan may beat up something or someone called tacolord.com in lieu of me...I found that via Google images.

It definitely does have an awkward sort of appearance. LOL. Spike really should have been able to come up with a nickname.

Episode 11 now.
That one's great. It has the best song from Season 1, I dare say. (Except for the season finale, that has a great song too.)

I have a very close friend who is brony, posting on this thread actually. I have to deal with being seen in public with cupcake and ponies on shirts. I find you guys amusing, not threatening. But not amusing in a rude way, more like "those guys are secure" way.

Has everyone heard this amazing song yet? Lullaby for a PrincessIt's about the banishment of Luna from Celestia's perspective. The singer has a beautiful voice. She should be a pro. How's Season 1 going, Cyrillic?

That poster is fantastic. (Except Scootaloo is seriously deformed and Spike seems to have gotten the Apple-teeny disease.) Speaking of spoilers, the synopsis of Episode 3 of Season 3 has been posted online: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2012/10/season-3-episode-3-synopsis-and-title.html

Apparently various cable/satellite providers are airing/have posted an 8-minute spoiler from the season premiere. Video here: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2012/10/cox-ondemand-and-direct-tv-crystal.htmlI'm not watching it. I like the little scraps they've thrown us, but I don't want to spoil the whole episode. But if anyone else wants to watch it, there it is. 12 more days!

Don't do it. November 10 is so close. 255 hours.
I looked up the schedule for the Hub, and the premiere is going to be aired again on Sunday and Monday. They're going to milk it for all it's worth.

Just watched it! Missed the live showing (Renaissance Festival lol). I was very impressed, it looked spectacular, especially the crystal ponies. The only problem I had was, they really did not show the villain enough.

I've seen a lot of people saying that online. I personally think he was more of a plot device than a traditional villain. The story seemed to be more about developing Twilight's character than an adventure to defeat a villain. In that way he was more like Nightmare Moon than Discord or Chrysalis, I think. If they had more than 42 minutes he could have been developed, but as it stands I think Twi's development was more important than his. (Though I could appreciate some basic explanation of motivation at least.) That said, Lord of the Rings managed 3 epic movies/books with a villain that's a giant holographic eyeball. I watched it again, and it was a lot better the second time. A few things I noticed: - Applejack is best pony, and I'm happy that she was much more than a background pony in this one. - I liked the Twilight-Spike relationship. Such a cute brother-sister sort of pair, they. - We heard the songs before, but I enjoyed the reprise at the end. - Twilight's sonic rageboom and Pinkie's Fluttershy costume were huge laughs for me. And this:
