The Orthodox Church may wish to consider no longer acting as an element of the state authority in those states where "same-sex marriage" is legal.

In other words, the priests would not sign state-issued marriage licenses.

So ECUSA has only made official what they've been doing unofficially for 20 years.  Yawn.

Result--more people leaving ECUSA and ECUSA hopefully will fade away into oblivion.
