In Hackney, London, England, an Ethiopian Orthodox parish has been approved for a new church building.

I texted one of the priests and he tells me it's true, praise God.

You may be interested to know that the liturgy has large chunks of English in it . The congregation is also mainly ( so far as I can tell) English speaking.
