Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right area for this but I'll give it a try. I recently finished a masters degree in theology focusing on the history of Christianity. Sadly it was not a Orthodox school but a very well respected one nonetheless. I would love to work for the Church in some capacity overseas but I have no idea how to go about that. I figure that someone with my level of education and skill set could be used somewhere. Does anyone have any suggestions, websites, or other resources? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, LAH.

First, I see that you have listed OCA as your jurisdiction.  I would first ask your own clergy and hierarchs if they have a need for your extensive skill set, and then reach other to neighboring jurisdictions.

If you have your heart set on a particular "overseas" Church or location, you might simply wish to contact the offices of that Church.

If you gave more details of what you have in mind, perhaps folks would be able to assist.

Wishing you all the best.

Once again, welcome to the forum!
