Good question. And, more specifically, I wonder who is invited. Some OOs? Some ECs? Some LCs (not including the Pope)? Some Protestants?

being a bishop of the Catholic Church, why would the Patriarch of Serbia invite any representative of the Catholic Church?

Were the Vatican's bishops in Serbia invited?

Is the Vatican doing anything at Milan?
