Maybe that is a bit exagerrating title, nevertheless I would like some prayers. Recently my department has experienced a very high turnover (12 people have left within one month) recently which has caused a massive headache. This past week has been the abosulte worst and my workload and job atmosphere is becoming unbearable.

Please pray that I don't lose my patience during this time, I may have to endure it for a month or two until new staff is adequetly trained.

Secondly I am in the process of working on a new resume to try and relocate out of the state. I can only hope it is in God's will, on a personal basis there isn't much here to help me grow artistically, intellectually, spiritually, etc. Please pray that I can find a good job that helps my sanity, I could careless about how much I get paid.

Much of my depression is stemming from my current location.

Thank you.

Lord, have mercy.

I'm currently undergoing some uncertainty regarding my job situation, too. Not to hijack your thread, but I've recently come under some flack for not being available Sunday mornings before 11:30- despite my listing on my job application that I wasn't available before 2pm, telling my interviewer why I wasn't available (I was prepared to go across town closer to work, leaving here earlier than usual Sunday morning to a different parish so that I could be on the clock by 11:30), and letting all three people who have been in charge of my schedule in the less than three months that I've been working know of my schedule- the current person is the only one who has had a problem with it.

My prayers, Achronos, and if you would, pray for me- either that the current situation works out, or a new job opens up soon, this economy is terrible.

May God be with you my brother, and may He help you through your situation.

Feel for you.

Globochem made world news with their official announcements of cutbacks. It will at us in my city around a 20% reduction this next fiscal year.
