Maybe we just need to come up with a new time system...

The proper offset is now 0.445 for those in the Eastern (US) Daylight Time zone.

How were you able to insert 0.445? I could only insert two and seven tenth (2.7), two and six tenths (2.6), or two and five tenths (2.5). I tried to refine the offset, but I could not go lower than a tenth.

You can't enter 2.555?  I didn't have any problems entering 0.445.

I will have to try again. Perhaps the board has improved since I tried it back when Daylight Savings Time began.

The forum time offset is now 0.005.

also, restting the time to 0 has finally made it the correct time, and needing none.
