AP Tests
« on: May 09, 2012, 05:42:35 PM »
Hello, everyone. I have AP tests coming up, which will either make or break my college application. English tomorrow, US History Friday, and US Government Monday. I really don't feel prepared for any of them, so any prayer I could have would be greatly appreciated.

"Rabbunaa ma'aka!" The Lord be with you, as we say.

My son is obsessing about his AP (Human Geography, or some such thing).
Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

Lord, have mercy.
"For, by its immensity, the divine substance surpasses every form that our intellect reaches. Thus we are unable to apprehend it by knowing what it is. Yet we are able to have some knowledge of it by knowing what it is not." - St. Thomas Aquinas, Summa contra gentiles, I, 14.

Lord have mercy!

do what you can to be prepared,try to remain calm when you take your tests, because you can think better when you are not on a fight or flight mode ;) , say a little prayer before, and do the easy questions first. God be With you guys :angel:
To God be the Glory in all things! Amen!

Only pray for me, that God would give me both inward and outward strength, that I may not only speak, but truly will; and that I may not merely be called a Christian, but really be found to be one. St.Ignatius of Antioch.Epistle to the Romans.

Lord have mercy.

Wow, Lord have mercy on all your servants who have tests coming up.
Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
