Personally, I'm not concerned about race or culture. I'm looking for faith, kindness, strength, and stability.

I'm not either. Faith, matters the most.

I'm always happy to see you posting in your own thread, Ergib. ;D I hope your search is going well. I'm sure there is someone out there for you with great faith. All Tewahedo I have personally known strike me as being very committed, so it seems like the odds should be in your favor, especially if you add in Copts, Syrians, and all the other people we can marry.

I see almost all the women on that there graphic as good looking. I guess that's what happens when you watch a lot of porn: you begin to be able to find something beautiful about everyone regardless of how different they are; you can appreciate beauty in all it's variety, without getting boxed into some narrow idea of which look is best.

My verdict is: "Too much make up, madame". If I moved across the Ocean and we started going out you should know I like girls with all the pimples, freckles, moles, etc. You girls look more like real people then (and they are cute).
Lol
That’s a 1st! I do not wear makeup except lipstick. Most men don’t like lipstick and I’m assuming you are one of them :D

I saw your avatar when it was you. I give you a 7, so you have a good chance of getting a 6-8 man, which is pretty good.

Thanks. I would’ve liked an 8 or 9 better, but I can deal with a “7” too  :) Did race play any role in your decision making? *this question has nothing to do with being racism only preference*

Race had nothing to do with your rating, although I note that you haven't the slightest idea what my race is, so we could be the same ethnicity for all you know. I would also remark that one has no duty to be attracted equally to all ethnicities.

A 7 is pretty good, so you should be happy with that. Please keep in mind that this is a bell curve, not a linear scale.

FWIW, it doesn't really matter if she knows what race you are, preferences are not always depended upon the race of the one with the preference.  A number of non-Caucasian ethnicities frequently rate higher on my scale,.

Thanks, J. :)

Personally, I'm not concerned about race or culture. I'm looking for faith, kindness, strength, and stability.

This made my day. Although I might translate strength to a mutual desire to overcome weakness.

Ah! what the both of you said made My day! I can only say Amen to all of them.

Although I must add, the Ethiopian women I have seen have all been beautiful. (And it wasn't just because they were offering me food. Though, my suspicion is the Queen of Sheba brought berbere to Solomon.)
I thank you, on behalf of many beautiful Ethiopian women. ;D

I tell you, “berbere” does wonders.  We are grateful to have Menelik as a return of Queen Sheba’s gift to King Solomon. :)

I have to say that I have noticed the same thing (interestingly, they were bringing me food, too).  My father spent two years in Ethiopia when he was a teen, and he has remarked at the beauty of the Ethiopian girls.
What can I say?!  We love Injera so much! …therefore, we enjoy sharing it ;D

Samoan is the ugliest, of course.

If you consider yourself Christian, remember that God’s works are all beautiful. “unattractive” would be a proper/right word.

I don't think it is appropriate for you to be calling Azul fat!  Do you even know him in real life!?  When I think of "vegetarian shark" the only thing that comes to mind is rhincodon typus, and that is not very polite!

 ;)

LOL It was the Squalus carcharias variety in Finding Nemo, that I had in mind, but now that you mentioned it hmm ... :-\  Nope! Azul  just moves too fast to be a Whale shark ;D

Wow.  A lady who knows her sharks!  And uses an antiquated term just to be extra non-mainstream!  Let me know when you put up your own trying to find a husband thread!   ;)

Hehehe, As lovely as it would have been to bond over sharks, and as much as I would have loved to be an authentic geek, I found our friend's fancy name from google.  :D If ever I set up such a thread, berbere is all I will be offering.

And I found the whale shark on wikipedia...come on now, don't you know that all successful relationships are built on lies and deceit?

Sauron, back me up!

Holy cow. I went for a run and came back to this. I think I may keep running.  ;) :D

Did Sauron emberassed you, scared you away?

Nope. Just got offline to go run is all.

Where have you run?:D Do you jog?

Yes, I jog. Sometimes outside, sometimes on my treadmill. Depends on the day and the weather.

Jogging is no fun without a good sorrounding/landscape and a good weather condition (not too hot).

What do you mean "all", Hiwot? That is quite a deal even by itself!

hehehe, very smart! lol that must have been what those men have said too.

Care to know my guess about yours?

Not particularly.  I would have to care first, and I don't.
I would be happy to agree with you, but then both of us would be wrong.

Finally, I was raised by my father to be a gentleman. He was a exceptional human being. I frankly can't remember him ever erring from the path that Christ set out for us to follow. I need him now and I am surviving on the basis of my remembrance of him.  I greatly appreciated the logic of your arguments in the past and I wish you will return to your old self.  I am tired of your current vapid statements. Take care (meaning I am striving to be a nice guy and one of my goals in life is caring about you).

Did your mother submit to him?

It is a shame you posted this post-weekend. I will answer the question. But first I would like you to tell me precisely what you personally mean by the phrase in your own words, with no scripture citations, just your own words, with no ambiguities, demonstrating the precise question that your are curious about, such that anyone over age 16 could understand. Anything less is a cop out and the ball is in your court. The reason I am asking is that I do not understand the logic in your question. Which is worrisome, so you might want to deal with that as well.

What don't you understand about the question, "Did your mother submit to him?"

Your worry is a personal problem, so I am not going to deal with it.

I understood it to be a vague and open ended question. I decided to have some control of the center of the board rather than winging it. What didn't you understand by my reply? Is is clear enough for you now?

I am sorry it is vague and open-ended to you. I asked the question with certain passages of scripture in mind, so I imagine those writers were also vague and open-ended. Don't shoot the messenger.

Did your mother submit to your father?

As you certainly know that I certainly had in mind your quoting scriptural citations (but not the substance contained within) and since I took control of the board due to your lack of consideration to paying attention to opening moves, the ball is still in your court. You can of course leave this as another instance of empty rhetoric or you can provide declarative statements in regard to the scriptural passages you have in mind at the 16 year-old language level. That is up to you and your current frame of mind.

And despite what you say, my posts stem from my concern about you.

Although I must add, the Ethiopian women I have seen have all been beautiful. (And it wasn't just because they were offering me food. Though, my suspicion is the Queen of Sheba brought berbere to Solomon.)

I have to say that I have noticed the same thing (interestingly, they were bringing me food, too).  My father spent two years in Ethiopia when he was a teen, and he has remarked at the beauty of the Ethiopian girls.

Here is a picture of average faces from around the world. Ethopian is ok, but there are lots of other countries that are hotter. Samoan is the ugliest, of course. As for me, I am all about Uzbek. Lord have mercy (x3).

Ethiopian women are some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen! Also, how can you call Samoan women ugly? The Samoan woman in that pic looked pretty to me, and so speak for yourself and only for yourself when it comes to your own personal preferences of beauty.

For you most certainly don't speak for me!

Where do good Christians meet?

How do you look? The best way for a woman to find a man is to be pretty and in shape. (not obese)

lol. 5’2”, 110lb

You are right, but I’m fit and beautiful. I also don’t have a problem meeting men. It is just so hard finding the true OC and attractive guy.

I never saw your pic, but I'm sure you are a very beautiful woman, however, it's a personal preference of mine to pursue women who are 5'4 and taller. Sorry! Height is something I can overlook if the person has other qualities I desire, but I'm a little over 6 feet, and I would have to bend over alot in order to talk to you and walk with you. Such a thing is very uncomfortable for me.

I wish you well in your search!
