Can we all just take a moment to reverence the awesomeness that is The Avengers?

Papist, I was wondering when you'd get around to seeing it. Join the party.

I don't know that I can find the time to watch it. I'll have to rely on others to connect it to the evils of Roman Catholicism and the insidious campaign for crypto-unionism.

Not to be flippantly dismissive, but something of such a personal nature as this is best addressed by your priest, not by anonymous yahoos on an Internet discussion forum.

I've been avoiding posting on it so as not to give away any spoilers. It's a very quotable movie (what else would one expect from Whedon?), but I want to give everyone time to get the references.
