What is "Sto lat"?

What is Sto lat?

≈ of "Many years" in Polish. It is also sung in similar manner to "Happy birthday to you" however it has a broader usage. It's not only limited for birthdays but it's appropriate for other occasions too (like "Many years").

There is also a town in the Discworld universe with such a name.

He will come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. His kingdom will have no end.
