My sister has been using a ouija board and "seances" to try and contact her friend's father who committed suicide. I tried hard to convince her it was a bad idea but I don't think it worked. Sad Please pray that God will protect her and her friends.

Lord have Mercy,

But seriously, do not worry. There is nothing supernatural or dangerous about those. It is just a child's toy that has been debunked through the barometer effect. I'd be more worried about your sister's willingness to do something potentially dangerous involving the occult and supernatural in the first place rather than the silly Ouijja board itself.

Lord, have mercy on NightOwl's sister and her friend. May the memory of her friend's father be eternal.

I suggested to my sister that she talk with her (Presbyterian) minister, but she completely rejected the idea that there is anything "wrong" with her. Please continue your prayers...
