Post the names of your favorite chants/hymns from Lent, Holy Week, and Pascha along with their tradition (Byzantine, Rusyn, etc.). You could also share videos or music files. Oriental Orthodox and Roman Catholics are also encouraged to share from their traditions.

This is one of my favorites from the Indian tradition, the "funeral" procession during Good Friday. The somber music and the whole crowd singing get me everytime . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unvApUqdBhI

Y'all have identified many great hymns. However, I did not notice "Do Not Lament Me Mother" which gives me goosebumps when, in our choir's version, "for I shall arise" is sang fortissimo, almost shouted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5_eCe3EgvM&feature=relatedOf all the "Noble Joseph" versions available on You Tube, I think that this one is the best: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FU8YFNFg0JQ
