I hope everyone is having a blessed fast.

Just wondering if anyone who has worked in business/sales can recommend a good book to read to learn about sales specifically on sales over the phone dealing with small businesses?

Also, I'm wondering if anyone has read "The Legend of the Monk and the Merchant" and would recommend reading this book?
