May God grant rest eternal unto His handmaiden, Avra. She reposed today from a struggle with breast cancer. I never knew her in person but only on Facebook, but I found her Orthodox faith to be incredibly inspiring and uplifting, especially throughout her battle with cancer. It was always a joy to speak with her and read her beneficial comments. Also, please pray for her husband Al, and the rest of her family.

Her FB profile can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/stavroula.hopkins
