Do the Orthodox have sacramentals?

I am thinking here of items that migh be blessed by a priest, but used by individual Orthodox at time other than the weekly Liturgy.  For example: medals, holy water, candles, and salt.

i'm sure there are huge differences with the OC take on these items and the RC (which is where you got the word "sacramentals" from, I take it. 

We use incense, icons, holy oil, holy water, candles, crosses, etc. as part of our worship.  Medals are not quite used in the same way.  there are "fylakta" or parts of holy things that are worn, or you can have a medal of a saint around your keychain, or even your necklace, but the way they are venerated is probably quite different than in the RC church.

We have those things, but we wouldn't use that name, for some particular theological reasons. We do not have a certain number of sacraments. We just use the number 7 by convention. The essence of what a sacrament is permeates the entire life of the church. Thus we have no concept of a "sacramental".
