Dearest friends, I ask for your prayers for my friends, a Coptic family in my town who have suffered a terrible tragedy. Christina and Waleed are devout Coptic Christians and they have lost two children in a fire at their apartment. The children who died are Matthew and Elizabeth. Christina herself suffered burns over 60 percent of her body, from trying to save her children from the devastating fire. She is still undergoing treatment for her injuries. But nothing, except time and prayers to our Lord, can heal the wounds of her heart, from losing her two children.
