No, although I do know of exceptions that have occurred in times of emergency or necessity.
Atheists have noetic deficiencies.

No, although I do know of exceptions that have occurred in times of emergency or necessity.

Agreed.  The rule is no, but there are even at least a few cases of priests who have been divorced and then gotten remarried, and were then ordained.
