Please pray for my father, Les, he had a heart attack and is in the hospital. He's safe for now, the artery that's blocked can't be treated with a balloon or a stint so they're trying to use medicine to dissolve the clot and he will be in the hospital for several days.

So far today he's doing okay, he got to sit up some. Per the doctor, he may be out of the hospital this weekend or maybe not.

As someone who's suffered two heart attacks and almost a third, I understand how serious this is.

"Lord have mercy."

Thanks, everyone for your prayers.  Smiley  As of today he's doing some closely monitored and very limited walking for therapeutic purposes. Says he's doing better, but sounds weak on the phone. Looks like he'll be in the hospital til Monday at least.
