Please pray for my healing. I have multiple allergies to drugs, food, pollens, dust, and inhalants, as well as multiple chemical sensitivities. My worst allergies are to grass and barley (well, barley is a grass). My allergist said that these grass allergies can trigger an anaphylactic reaction. So, I have been trying to avoid barley which causes dizziness, spaciness, and even amnesia. I just found out that not only beer, all-purpose flour, most breads, crackers, and donuts contain barley, but also farm-raised fish, chicken, and cattle may be fed barley or beer sludge. I will be praying for you. I have a family member who also has allergies and was put on a specific diet by her doctor. She also has problems with incense in church.
Listen to your doctor and try to educate yourself about your helath problems/ issues. Don't give up in the struggle to make important life changes.
