As a person who was created superior in terms of knowledge, intelligence, physical appearance, and character, he will have the facial expression of a Prophet. As soon as he referred to Him as "The Prophet" Jesus, I knew what was up (but only because I work with a lot of Muslims, and I've read up on their theology).
