My Beloved Brethren in Christ,
In your spiritual charity, may I humbly request your prayers on behalf of my daughter (baptized Paraskevi) who interviewed for a job (a simple job but one that is appropriate for her, and is also practical as far as transportation, etc.) yesterday and although it seemed like she was practically hired, they said she would hear from them as to when to come in to train for the job by this morning at latest--but as of this evening she has NOT heard from them--
This is devasting her because she has worked very hard to overcome some phobia issues and insecurity (precisely because of so much bad luck she has had in getting a job) since graduating from college.
Our family is no stranger to the obstacles and attacks of the evil one in even the most trivial and mundane things (as many I am sure have also experienced), so I beg your prayers on her behalf.
May St. Xenia of Petersburg, St. Paraskevi, St. Nektarios and the Blessed Mother of God intercede on her behalf to secure employment! AMEN.
I thank you humbly and may God bless all of you--I am sure that God will hear your gracious prayers.

Glory to God! Thank you St. Xenia of Petersburg! My daughter did not get that particular job, but she did get another one. :-)
Thank you all for your holy prayers. I am humbled, and pray that God will bless and hear every one of your requests.
Do not forget the powerful intercessions of our saints, especially those who are considered quite miraculous--St. Nektarios (cancer, health issues, employment), St. Xenia Petersburg (housing issues, employment, seeking a spouse), Saint Irene Chrysovalantou (fertility issues), etc., and ofcourse, ALWAYS, the Ever Virgin and All Blessed Mother of our God!
