You can judge actions without judging people. Just because someone gets "something" out of an act does not give it credibility. This whole idea of extending the commandment to not judge others to us not judging anything at all is patently ridiculous.
If we can not say what is right or wrong, then Orthodoxy just becomes a neat little practice for people who want to be Christian hipsters. It does a horrible disservice to people who stood up for the faith, and died because of it. It makes their martyrdom meaningless because they fought against something that "people get something out of".
