Soo... My school told me my scholarships would be applicable to study abroad this summer, and that I was getting them just as my fin aid program says I am, and that I would be fine to do so. So I signed up, got accepted, committed, then they said "Oh, it says you are getting it, but its wrong you won't actually, just 'cause.  Smiley" Soooo.... Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Please pray for me and that everything works out well for me.
