Around this time last year there was terrible flooding and loss of life in Queensland due to flooding. At the moment, it's raining like there's no tomorrow and there is already reported flooding. We are cut off road-wise, but not in any danger. Son-in-law can't get to work, and we have visitors who are trapped into staying with us long than expected. Fortunately, I have a pantry that Nigella would envy.
Anyway, please pray for Queenslanders, that the flooding that is occuring around us won't escalate to anything like it was last year.
Lord, have mercy.
