This video has been popping up recently.  I don't understand the hate for religion especially in the West. This is very upsetting to me. Everyone I know seems to be posting it. Please share your thoughts.

Many of the neo-Protestants think the word 'religion' means anything they don't like about the older or liturgical churches, or other faiths. It gets really annoying when people change the meaning of things just for themselves.

it seems the person has a problem with certain reiligious systems, but still believes in G-d.

I understood what he was getting at. Following Christ is personal and should be lived not just on Sunday at Church. He's still practicing a religion even if he hates it. I bet that has to be confusing.

You are right to say this...it has become a major problem in the United States.  It seems to stem mostly from Evangelical Protestants who have implanted in the masses an image that is not truly Christian.
