Please pray for the soul of my departed grandmother Mary who passed away late this evening.
We hope that she was peaceful in sleep, and we will miss her.
She was a devout Roman Catholic and I was able to see her this last week at Christmas time in the hospital. We were able to prayer her rosary together and call on the aid of the Mother of God to be with her at the hour of her death. I also read some prayers before sleep dealing with death from my Orthodox prayer book.
Her arrangements are for cremation, so also please pray for her body.
