Good question. Isn't it better to pray that God's will be done?

Good question. Isn't it better to pray that God's will be done? You tell me: "Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength. Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth. For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them." (Psalm 54) To those who are praying, thank you. Please continue.

There is nothing in the Biblical quote contrary to what I said about praying that God's will be done. Since we don't know the facts only that we are asked to pray I don't see anything wrong with praying that God's will be done.

Lord have Mercy! If it makes you feel any better, in 6th grade I threw a ball in dodgeball that accidently hit a girl on the rear and everyone said I sexually harassed her and made up lies and rumors to tell the teachers to get me in trouble and even my parents believed them and yelled and punished me when I did not do anything. But then my moment came where I had to testify in front of everyone and I told everyone how I was not guilty.

It would be good to pray for all parties involved and that God's will be done, if not on Earth than in Heaven.
False accusation is a terrible thing. It hurts people through undeserved punishments, taints the one carrying out the punishment, and brings dishonour to the friends and family of the accused. It also harms the accuser. Christ was falsely accused. I reckon God will deal with false accusers harshly, seeing as this was a sin He considers grave enough to have made it's way into the Ten Commandments.

It is an education process for me as I learn about the psychology of spiritual apostasy. And others get the benefit of perhaps hearing righteousness for the first time.
Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God.
