From the Moscow Patriararch youtuve webpage and the Feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Lady: Not sure if this is the correct thread, but I am curious who is the Metropolitan giving the intonation at the Vespers and the blessing of the Litija at  1 minute 30 seconds into the video?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ugnHny8AnA&feature=g-u

The script underneath says Patriarch Kyril of Russia in the cathedral of the Holy Saviour.
The Feast Day of the Entry of The Theotokos.

You mean the hierarch reading with the glasses?  I don't know who he is. Sorry.  The writing underneath only mentions the Patriarch of Moscow.

You mean the hierarch reading with the glasses?  I don't know who he is. Sorry.  The writing underneath only mentions the Patriarch of Moscow.

I assumed he was a Metropolitan due to the white klobuk and his accent indicated to my ear he might not have been Russian.....

I'm not sure, but could be His Eminence Isidor, Metropolitan of Ekaterinograd and Kuban. But you can look on this site: http://www.orthodoxresearchinstitute.org/hierarchs/russia/current.html to see the pictures of the russian bishops, in order of seniority.

HIs initial was L. Russian bishops have initials on their mantiyas. HIs initials were ML, if that is any indication.

The Metropolitan is Metropolitan Longin of Vol'sk and Saratov
