Turkish foreign minister visits Orthodox churches in Germany
« on: December 04, 2011, 02:18:00 PM »
Ahmet Davutoglu, Foreign Minister of Turkey, on Sunday paid visit to two Orthodox churches. One was Syriac and the other Greek Orthodox.

From the article:
Quote
Ahmet Davutoglu met Christian Turkish citizens at the Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church and St Petrus and Paulus Church in Cologne...

Davutoglu said forested areas were under constitutional protection in Turkey, and what had happened at the Mor Gabriel Monastery was totally within that framework.

(Note: more information about the Mor Gabriel case here)

My only weakness is, well, never mind

And you'll sleep, but they'll find you

Come back my dream into my arms, into my arms

London is drowning, and I live by the river
