Danut,
As one who's struggled with depression for a very long time, starting in my mid-teens and more or less dominating my life through my 20s and into my early 30s, may I recommend seeking a good psychotherapist? I wish I had done it a decade earlier, and it makes a real difference.
Lord, have mercy on Danut and breathe new life into your servant.
