O Holy St. Demetrius pray to God for us!

You know, when we get as far as the Salvation Army as an exemplar of Protestantism, we may not have hit the bottom of the sea but we can definitely touch it with our toes. Look, the message in this is that when one starts addressing specific practical deviancy like this, you can typically find lots of other Protestant bodies that don't accept the "change", and typically the more "deviant" the change, the larger the body that adheres to an "orthodox" position. The message is that it is illegitimate to use Protestantism as a principle in this manner.

But to bring this back to the origins of the thread, would you say that the SA are a "wings only" or "engine only" group? Wink

First we'd have to define what "wings" and "engine" represent.   Wink

Good luck...  Sad
