Hello, everyone.

I will enter the catechumenate this coming Sunday. Please pray for my union with you all in Christ this Christmas.

Also been a little concerned about my health lately, so pray that the will of God be done in all things.

Thank you!

... and for your health -- Lord, have mercy!

Thank you.

I would also like to ask for prayers for the 5 other catechumens who will be received on the Sunday before Christmas with me.

Lord have mercy!

Nicholas may I ask what prompted you to become a catechumen?

My priest prefers to make people catechumens at the beginning of the fast before the feast during which they will be baptised, Pascha or Christmas if possible. The New Calendar Nativity fast starts on the 15th, if I'm remembering correctly.
