I know that the University of Warsaw (Christian Academy) has both a Protestant and Orthodox Faculty of Theology.  I think the University in Wroclaw has both a Protestant and Catholic faculty of Theology but not sure about the Orthodox.
Some Orthodox from the Lemko regions were moved to Wroclaw after WW2 and the German - speaking residents moved out.
