Falafel

Ok, I made some falafel (first time I made it) for my fam the other night. It was good, but it was missing something...I KNOW you guys have a recipe you'd share :)

did you use hummus or beans?
because egyptian falafels (ta3meyah), made of beans, taste exponentially better than lebanese falafels

sorry, chickpeas or fava beans? the lebos make it with chickpeas and it causes outrage on my part!

chickpeas. hummus is near holy in my house and is not to be messed with.
