I probably should've asked here first, but I'm usually reluctant to ask for prayers for myself. I'm under a bit of stress, and could use some prayers. I'm trying to get some things squared away before I start graduate school in the fall, and more immediately before going down to North Carolina for a few days. The most important thing is a formal request I've made to live at home rather than on campus for various reasons. This especially needs prayer. Then there's the "studying" I have to do for the entrance exams. Other than that, please just pray that things in general work out with regard to school, and that the trip to NC is safe and enjoyable for all involved (I'm not too stressed out about this one!). I am a worry-wort (sp?), and worry about everything, and that's where most of my stress comes from, but it doesn't make it any less stressful for me. Your prayers are appreciated.

Thank you all for your prayers. Things are considerably less stressful. I even get to live at home, although this is "subject to review each semester". Guess I'll be asking for prayers periodically!

Phil,
You are in my prayers. What type of Grad school are you going to that they don't want you to live at home?? Most grad students I know live off-campus or at home.
