I don't suspect that many will know the man I am about to speak of, but Pastor Ron Philips of First Baptist Church Hixson, TN (called Abba's House) was preaching on TV this morning.  He was talking about how God had shown him the Kingdom of God (he was using the analogy of a field) was much bigger than the Baptist Church.  He said (not verbatim):

"I've found Church of Christ in the field and I take communion every week.  I've found Orthodox in the field because they have kept the Faith."  (He mentioned some other traditions but I don't remember exactly what he said.)

I found that a fascinating admission from a Protestant (and Southern Baptist) minister.  It made me ask, "If the Orthodox have kept the faith, why aren't you a part of the Orthodox Church?"
