Why does the board's calendar shows 2011 instead of 7520 ???

I don't know about a can of worms but my St. Herman Orthodox Calendar (i.e. Julian - not New or the so-called Revised Julian) clearly notes that 2011 Anno Domini is also the 7519th year since the Creation by God. September 1, the Church's New Year Day is the beginning of 7520.
