Any and all posters,

Your prayers are coveted for my mother, Cindy, who is currently living in the Arizona valley with my cousin (her niece) and my cousin's baby boy...the cousin and the baby are moving away, leaving Mom all by herself.  When family (both here in Ft. Worth and back in Tulsa, where we're all from) talk to her about what she'll do next (she worked with the cousin and their job just closed down, leaving them basically unemployed) she says she's "waiting on God" and has even mentioned packing up only what she can fit in her car and going God knows where.  Sort of an Abraham leaving Ur for the Promised Land kind of martyr syndrome...maybe.  Please pray that tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon, when I talk to her, that she'll make a wise decision as to what to do next.

We would hope (though this may not be God's will) that she'd be able to commit either to coming to Ft. Worth or to Tulsa to live near family or at least commit to getting an interim job.  Right now she's just calling it "stepping out on faith" when it may well be just a crutch to all she's lost recently.  She's not planning very well after having just lost all her employment and living in a place with no family contacts nearby...please just also pray that God watches over her...

"...surrounding her with His holy angels, that she may be guided and guarded by them..."

Gracias,

Pedro

prayers.

Perhaps you could suggest that she seek the council of a priest before doing this?
