St. Barbara, patroness of the Field Artillery

« on: September 05, 2011, 02:24:29 PM »

We are saddened to announce the retirement of one of our moderators who has served our forum well.  Schultz is retiring as the moderator for the Orthodox-Catholic forum, although he won't be leaving us here on OC.net completely.  Please take a moment to thank him for his service to the forum, and we continue to look forward to his contributions to the OC.net community.

In light of this retirement, and in order to better serve our community, we have decided to move username! over to the Orthodox-Catholic forum.

We hope that you will join us in continuing to pray for all the moderators of our forum, as we try our best to facilitate good discussion for the growth of our community and our members individually.

At 6'4" that can probably be taken literally  Cheesy

Seriously though, thanks Smiley You seemed very even-handed when dealing with the sometime volatile situations in that section.

Thank you, one and all.  I must admit, logging on just now and NOT seeing the moderator section in my feed brought a very large smile to my face.  As Veniamin noted, I'll still be around.

Thank you again and may the good Lord have mercy on username! Wink

On the contrary, one never knows when a random sucking up will pay off in a big way. So tis prudent to engage in such activity whenever and wherever possible!
