The colour that your name is.... it starts with a grassy green for the noobs, the new accounts that join, their name is green coloured at the bottom of the forum board in the list

Yet, Schultz, one of our mods, has 4,666 posts along with a yellow-orange color |

Beyond that, it seems to have different levels than the titles.
Archons are teal, newbies are green (heh, heh), Jr. Members are blue, several different levels are light blue.
