Are you, or were you previously, a Maronite Catholic?
If so, the Eparchy of St. Maron of Brooklyn NY is conducting a survey
to find out where all the Maronites are living. It asks such questions
as: your country of birth, country of citizenship, father was a
(check one) Maronite or Orthodox or Melkite or Latin or Other_______;
and same for your mother. And it asks the same about your spouse, and
about your present affiliation, and your children's, etc.
