Really need to see the high cross it is patterned after to tell.

Here's an example of a High Cross and its different panels and what they are. They tend to depict narratives from the Bible. One that seems popular is two people wrestling which could be Cain and Abel, Jacob wrestling with the Angel, something to do with a local historical event, etc. Its not always really clear.
