May your cousin's memory be eternal, father.
I dropped the text into Google Translate and it seems most of the texts are hymns taken from other various services. I looked up the proper English translations for the hymns and assembled it together (below).
I don't speak Russian or Slavonic, so somebody would have to translate the prayer, however. You might try the Language Forum here on OC.Net. From what I can tell, though, it would appear to be a very sad prayer, begging the Lord for mercy for the deceased and healing for the hearts of the living.
+ + +
Blessed is our God...
Trisagion through Our Father.
Alleluia, tone 6.
Verse 1: O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, / neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. [Ps. 6:1]
Verse 2: Have mercy upon me, O Lord; / for I am weak. [Ps. 6:2]
Troparion: Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us... [the Penitential Troparia]
Glory: O Lord, have mercy on us...
Now and ever: The doors of compassion...
Psalm 50.
And this antiphon, tone 3:
Verse: Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: / for we are exceedingly filled with contempt. (Ps. 122:3)
O Heavenly Father, affectionate Lover of Mankind, be merciful, merciful, merciful to us, Thou who art patient with all, and wait for all. [Kontakion of St. Romanos on the Betrayal of Judas, 2nd Prelude]
Verse: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. (Ps. 52:1)
O Heavenly Father, affectionate Lover of Mankind, be merciful, merciful, merciful to us, Thou who art patient with all, and wait for all.
Glory.
When thou sittest on Thy throne, O merciful Judge, and revealest Thy dread glory, O Christ, what fear there will be then! When the furnace burns with fire, and all shrink back in terror before Thy judgement-seat. [from Sunday of the Last Judgement Canon, Ode 8]
Now and ever.
We have no other help, we have no other hope, but thee, Most Holy Lady. Be thou our help, for we put our hope in thee, and in thee do we exalt, for we are thy servants; let us not be put to shame. [Kontakion of the Theotokos]
Let us pray to the Lord.
Lord, have mercy.
Prayer
For Thou art a merciful God who lovest mankind, and unto Thee we ascribe glory, together with Thy Father and His All-holy, Good, and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
Wisdom. Most Holy Theotokos, save us.
More honorable than the Cherubim...
In the name of the Lord, Father, bless.
Small Dismissal.
Prayer of St Leo of Optina, to be read in secret
Remember, O Lord, the departed soul of Thy servant (name). If ye might, have mercy. Unsearchable are Thy judgments. Account not this my prayer as sin, but may Thy holy will be done.
