From the article:

Quote
Jean Maher, president of the France-based Egyptian Union for Human Rights Organization, said that nearly 800 Coptic Christian women have been kidnapped, raped and forced to convert to Islam since 2009.

That number has only increased since the revolution in February, Maher said.

Lord Jesus Christ have mercy.
The memory of God should be treasured in our hearts like the precious pearl mentioned in the Holy Gospel. Our life's goal should be to nurture and contemplate God always within, and never let it depart, for this steadfastness will drive demons away from us. - Paraphrased from St. Philotheus of Sinai

how can anybody force anyone to change their religion, can't they understand its a matter of deep spiritual faith? May god be with all the women and their families. May he seal their hearts so it can neither be doubtfull nor broken. Amen

Lord, have mercy.
"If you are going to serve the Lord, be prepared for times when you will be put to the test. Be sincere and determined. Keep calm when trouble comes. Stay with the Lord; never abandon Him and you will be prosperous at the end of your days. Accept whatever happens to you. Even if you suffer humiliation, be patient. Gold is tested by fire and human character is tested in the furnace of humiliation. Trust the Lord and He will help you. Walk straight in His ways and put your hope in Him. " Sir 2:1-6

I have been read some reports coming out of Egypt.

Coptic women are first kidnapped and then raped.
Muslims say that unless the woman converts and marries the Muslim with whom she had sex, she would face a capital offense charge and be killed. Some Coptic families have tried to rescue their daughters only to have their homes burned down and their family members killed in revenge.

The Muslims are rarely held accountable for such rapes, murders, and home burnings.
In fact it seems like the Egyptian police are part of the conspiracy.

Here is a recent article dated July 23, 2011

Copts are not the only victims of these Muslim rapes.
Here is the story of a Hindu woman who was raped and killed by Muslims.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son and Word of the Living God, through the prayers of Thy Most Pure Mother and of all Thy Angels and Saints, have mercy on the Coptic Christians and save them.
