The victims of a recent airliner crash in Petrozavodsk, Karelia, will be commemorated in a Russian Orthodox chapel to be built at the site.

From the article:
A special commission is currently investigating the accident. Weather in the area was bad at the time of the crash, and the landing lights at the airport was reportedly not working as they should.

Charlie Rose: If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

Fran Lebowitz: Everything. There is not one thing with which I am satisfied.
