Hi, I'm curious if there are opportunities in the Orthodox Church for women to go to other women for advice and guidance? I understand the role of the priest/confessor, but am wondering if on an informal level there is anyone women can approach with their unique experiences?

The priest's wife for one.  Convents for particular spiritual guidance.  You could speak with members of the parish's sisterhood and the older women in the parish.
