Do you use Internet Explorer 8? I've had the same problem you just described with that browser. You might try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, instead, when posting to this forum. Both browsers are easy to download and install to your computer and just as easy to use as IE8, and neither of them has IE8's problem with this forum.

I don't know, but that's really a question for the Technical Issues section. I addressed a specific poster's specific problem with specific advice, but I have no intent of derailing this thread by turning it into a discussion of browser issues.
