JULY 23, 2004: Patriarch Alexy will serve the all-night vigil at
Christ the Savior Cathedral/Moscow and participate in welcoming the
Tikhvin icon, considered to be the protectress of the northwestern
territories of Russia.
JULY 27, 2004: Patriarch Alexy will serve a molebel before the
Tikhvin icon and lead a procession through Red Square to the Iversk
Chapel, and there will bless the city of Moscow before the icon
departs for St. Petersburg.
