For future reference, there is a stickied thread for music.

I Personally prefer the original Arabic version: http://youtu.be/S-zKSD3Wdaw

One suggestion though, if you're the creator of the video, why don't you use Orthodox icons of the Theotokos, they will be a better match.

The original is Arabic, it is a relatively new spiritual song.
It's worth mentioning that this is not a liturgical hymn, though it can be used in the glorification of the Theotokos, specially during the fast of the dormition of the Theotokos and during the month of Kiahk.

I think the video you gave is not better because of the Arabic version is better (although of course the originals do have a better ring to it, since they are more natural), but that that Arabic video was a better recording.  The adding of music and the recording of the English one was very low quality and poorly made in my opinion and does injustice to the Arabic flavor of the song.

You are correct about the recording quality and its negative effect on the general appreciation of the song. However, What made me make this statement is basically my appreciation of the original lyrics, as you may have noticed, the English version is not a literal translation, rather a loose interpretation. In my opinion, in the translation process, the song lost its flowery elegance associated with the Arabic version. I also have to say that some parts sound unnatural to my ears specially when words are stretched to fit the tune.
